Jacqueline Darkwa is an Impact Manager at Mission 44, where she leads the design and delivery of philanthropic initiatives that expand access to STEM education and careers for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. Her work spans strategy, grantmaking, partnership development and programme design, with a particular focus on creating equitable pathways into higher education, engineering and motorsport. She has led the development of flagship programmes, including the MSc Motorsport Scholarship, and works across philanthropy, education, industry and the third sector to turn ambitious equity goals into measurable impact.

A recognised voice on equity in higher education, STEM and Motorsports, Jacqueline brings expertise in inclusive programme design, systems change and cross-sector collaboration. Her work explores how philanthropy, partnerships and storytelling can be leveraged to address structural barriers and create lasting opportunities for young people. Alongside her role at Mission 44, Jacqueline is a Trustee of the Cowrie Scholarship Foundation, co-founder of the Black Scholarship Collective, and editor of The Black PhD Experience. She is passionate about helping organisations move beyond intention and towards meaningful action that drives both inclusion and impact.
